Vendor Information and Registration

The 2025 PNW Doll Artist Expo will take place on May 31-June 1, 2025 at the Sheraton Portland Airport in Portland Oregon.

When you’re ready to register please fill out the form to your right. Once your form is received you will receive a Paypal invoice to secure your spot. Invoices are due immediately unless otherwise arranged. Spaces are not guaranteed until payment is received.

-If you do not have Paypal you will be contacted via email to make other payment arrangements.

-Deposits are accepted until April 30, 2025. Vendor fees must be paid in full no later than May 1, 2025. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to future events.

 Vendor Registration and Table Fees

1 Table $85 attendee ticket + $125 table fee Total: $210

2 tables $85 attendee ticket + $210 table fee Total: $295

3 tables $85 attendee ticket + $315 table fee Total: $400

3+ tables: If you are interested in more than 3 tables please inquire for pricing.

**If you do not want a ticket with your vendor registration you can choose that option and pay only the vendor table fee, but keep in mind you will only be able to access the vendor room and no additional activities or events.**

More Details

Helper: If you plan to have a helper there is no extra fee for them to access the sales room and help you at your table only. They will not receive a goodie bag and cannot attend any of the meal events. If they would like to attend the additional events with you they will need to purchase an attendee ticket. Please provide your helper’s name only if they have not purchased a ticket.

Meal Events and Workshops: Currently the ticket pricing includes the banquet dinner. Your vendor ticket includes all free workshops/meetups/demos. Events that require an additional fee or registration are not included, and will be announced soon.

Electricity: There is no additional charge for electric, but please note it on your registration so we can make sure you are placed near an outlet.

Donating: We need vendors and makers to donate. Currently we are making some epic swag bags and need all kinds of options to make them unforgettable. We ask that you donate useable items like small products, stickers, magnets, etc. We love if you include paper promotional items in addition, like business cards, but prefer the bags to be filled with more than paper.

We also need prizes and raffle items. Larger items are greatly appreciated because everyone wants to win a doll!

Workshop Instructors: We have very generous special pricing for workshop leaders. Please contact us with your idea and we’ll get the details worked out.

Hotel Accommodations for Vendors & Exhibitors

We love our new home at The Sheraton Portland airport! We hope you will find them a great place to stay while you attend the event.

They have given our group the special rate of $159 per night. Rooms are very limited so book right away. Be sure to tell them you are with PNW BJD Expo so the room is credited to our group. There is no link or code, just let them know when you call to reserve.
